renovation and extension of an office building

Project of reconstruction of the street wings of the house and a new building in the inner courtyard in Prague 1. Extension to the atrium space, which was newly created by covering the original courtyard space with a glass roof and creating a generous space of the entrance hall situated between the historical part and the modern extension. The dominant feature of the atrium — the entrance lobby of the building with the reception — is a 30m high living green wall with more than five thousand plants. The building received LEED Gold certification.
