NEXTLINE architekti office was founded by Petr Burian and Jiří Havrda following their work at DAM architekti, which they co-founded as partners for more than thirty years. NEXTLINE is a fresh line of their work, where they and their team of collaborators continue the quality of their previous projects and implementations.

NEXTLINE designs buildings throughout the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition to new construction, a significant part of the portfolio of orders also consists of reconstructions of historical buildings, often combined with modern additions. It can therefore also offer its experience in solving complex projects in the context of monument preservation.

NEXTLINE cooperates with experienced cooperators in the positions of chief civil engineers and other specialists in all necessary related professions.
